The Collective Impact approach defines principles of action for systemic processes, aimed at solving complex social problems through a unique, cross-sector partnership between various stakeholders. The approach was developed in the United States in the first decade of the 21st century, and Sheatufim was the first to implement it in Israel. Inspired by the approach, Sheatufim developed the Impact Spheres Model, a framework for joint action within the third sector. The two approaches offer different ways to solve complex social problems in Israel, each one of them applicable under different circumstances.
